Introduction

Welcome to WebvailersPOS. These Terms of Services govern your access to and use of our website, software, and related services.

By purchasing, installing, or using WebvailersPOS, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

License Grant

Upon purchase and successful activation, WebvailersPOS grants you:

  • A non-transferable

  • Non-exclusive

  • Per-machine license

This license allows installation and use on the specific computer whose Machine ID was used during activation. The license must be renewed annually to avoid service interruptions or even license revoking.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Modify, edit or attempt forging license

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the software

  • Share your license key with other users

  • Attempt to bypass activation mechanisms

  • Use the software for illegal activities

Violation of these terms may result in license termination without refund.

Activation Policy

  • Each license is tied to a specific Machine ID.

  • If you change hardware or computer, reactivation will be required as our license is issued per machine.

  • License keys must be obtained directly from Webvailers Company, no third-party licensing allowed.

To activate:

  1. Install the software.

  2. Fill the subscription form.

  3. Paid the required licensing fee amount

  4. After successful payment, the activation is automatic and you will have access to the software.

  5. Complete the registration and start enjoying the full paid software.

Payments & Refunds

  • All purchases are considered final.

  • Refunds may be granted at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if technical activation issues cannot be resolved.

  • Proof of purchase will be required.

Updates & Improvements

We will be releasing:

  • Feature weekly and Monthly updates

  • Security patches

  • Performance improvements

Be sure to always update the software to get access to future improvements and features. License will remain valid and no data loss.

Data Responsibility

WebvailersPOS stores business data locally on your computer. You are responsible for:

  • Performing regular backups

  • Protecting your system from malware

  • Securing your device from unauthorized access

We are not responsible for data loss caused by:

  • Power outages

  • Hardware failure

  • Virus attacks

  • User negligence

Limitation of Liability

Webvailers Company shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Indirect or consequential damages

You are responsible for how you use the software.

Termination

Your license may be terminated if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Attempt software tampering

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the software.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Any disputes shall be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.
